Cresap, Inc. Order Routing Procedures

The large majority of Cresap, Inc’s orders are routed by First Clearing Corp. for execution.  The small amount of order routing done by Cresap almost exclusively involves routing equity orders to the New York Stock Exchange and options orders to the Chicago Board Options Exchange or the International Securities Exchange. While Cresap, Inc. does route a small percentage of customer orders, the firm receives no compensation for order flow and believes that First Clearing Corp.’s disclosure is representative of how Cresap’s orders are routed.
